SENDING PROJECT PROPOSAL

All documents (POs and FPs) are to be sent to our MEDEA+ Office in ELECTRONIC format only before the given deadline.
We will NOT consider documents on paper sent by mail or fax, or after the official deadlines.

You can send the electronic files (preferably in "Word 97" or "-2000") on a CD-ROM via express mail.
You can also - more conveniently - use e-mail and send your PO / FP file as an attachment.

Since you are quite certainly concerned with security and confidentiality issues linked with the Internet and e-mail systems, you could be interested in the secure system we have implemented. This simple but very secure system is based on a public, free version of the well-known PGP system, using a combination of 2 keys (public and private), source: http://www.gnupg.org/.

You will find here appended 2 NEW zip files:
- "Encryption2005.zip" and
- "gnupg-w32cli-1.4.1.zip"
containing instructions on how to use the GNUPG system (in .pdf format) together with the public MEDEA+ key to encrypt your file before sending it to us via e-mail.
