ACCOMMODATION
MEDEA+ has pre-reserved a number of rooms at the Novotel Budapest Congress with a preferential rate for MEDEA+ Forum 2007 guests. Novotel Budapest Congress In order to take advantage of this offer, you are advised to book your room well in advance using the Novotel room reservation form. Please note that this rate and room holding is valid until 14 October 2007, after which reservations will be subject to availability and hotel standard rates. The hotel garantees that the same rates will apply for the clients staying for 3 days before and after the MEDEA+ Forum 2007. Novotel Budapest Congress rates/room/night: All room rates include VAT and buffet breakfast, but do not include local tax (3% of the room price). MEDEA+ is glad to provide the Forum participants with free internet access in their Novotel Budapest Congress rooms during the three days of the event (26-28 November).  To make your room reservation, download the hotel reservation form by clicking on the icon, fill it in and send it to the Novotel Budapest Congress by fax.
